What can I say, it was HOT HOT HOT. This large ruined city of the Pre-Columbian Maya civilization hidden amongst the Yucatán jungle was inspirational. These pyramids are known as the 'Nohoch Mul' group of structures, being some 42 metres (138 ft) in height. Ixmoja is the tallest pyramid on the Yucatán peninsula and is only rivalled by those in Egypt.
